underwhelming stay, service lacking
slow room service malfunctioning room keys
the room service was slow. it took over an hour to receive a simple coffee each morning. the coffee arrived cold. additionally, the room keys consistently malfunctioned, requiring frequent trips to the reception desk for replacements. this was a recurring inconvenience i found unacceptable.

the croissant basket served at breakfast was acceptable
the room service was very slow it took over an hour to get a coffee delivered to my room each morning the coffee was cold on arrival i expected better for the price i paid

really good stay
modern gym comfortable loungers small balcony helpful staff
the gym had several treadmills and weight machines i used them all the time. the pool area included comfortable loungers and provided towels i enjoyed swimming there. the room had a small balcony with seating this was a good place for me to relax. i found the staff helpful and polite.
the elevator wait times were occasionally longer than i expected this was inconvenient during peak hours.

the hotel is situated near major shopping areas getting there was very easy. several restaurants are within walking distance the variety was excellent. public transportation is easily accessible there were multiple options nearby.

the breakfast buffet had various options including fresh fruit and pastries the quality was really good. the hotel restaurant offers a diverse menu with both local and international dishes i sampled some excellent meals. the bar had a wide selection of cocktails.

the spa includes a sauna and steam room i took advantage of the facilities. the fitness center features modern equipment and free weights i used the cardio machines.

housekeeping provided daily cleaning with attention to detail the room was always super clean. the front desk staff was responsive to requests and provided assistance i appreciated their professionalism. the concierge was helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations they gave me good advice.

the junior suite included a king-sized bed and separate seating area i found it spacious. the bathroom features a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries the water pressure was great. the room had a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks i enjoyed this convenience.
